According to the recently released July 2020 sales statistics, the average home price in Calgary is $485,800. By comparison, the average home in Cochrane costs $433,700 (i.e. 11% more affordable than Calgary), while the average home in Airdrie costs $370,200 (i.e. 24% more affordable than Calgary).
