For the second month in a row, sales activity improved in Okotoks. The increasing sales activity has helped in pushing the months of inventory downwards. The current average detached home price in Okotoks is $423,000; 0.61% above February 2017.
While 43 sales were reported for Okotoks in the month of February, 74 new listings came to market. The resulting inventory numbers have led to a relatively balanced 4.09 months of inventory.
The town of Okotoks represented 53% of the total Foothills Region monthly home sales.
