  • Easing sales, combined with rising new listings caused a slight gain in inventory levels. The gain in inventory has in turn prevented any substantial shifts in pricing. With the first 2 months of the year in the books, the average detached home price is $420,000 - 1.97% below last year's average home price.
  • While 41 sales were reported for Cochrane in the month of February, 93 new listings came to market. The resulting inventory imbalance has led to 7.17 months of inventory.
  • The town of Cochrane represented 38% of the total Rockyview Region monthly home sales.
